Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant web interfaces.
• Translate UI/UX designs (Wireframe) into clean and functional front-end code.
• Build interactive features and UI components using vanilla JavaScript or frameworks (React, Angular, Razor, etc.).
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to iterate and improve UI/UX based on user feedback.
• Implement reusable components and maintain design consistency via design systems or style guides.
• Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Maintain code versioning using Git and participate in peer code reviews.
• Contribute to front-end architecture, tooling improvements, and best practices.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in planning, retros, and stand-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in front-end web development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and DOM manipulation.
• Experience with responsive design, accessibility (WCAG/ARIA), and browser compatibility.
• Proficiency in CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap) and preprocessors like SASS/SCSS.
• Experience working with JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, browser storage, and front-end performance optimization.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centric design, and usability testing basics.
• Good debugging skills and experience with Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, etc.
• Version control using Git and collaborative platforms like GitHub/GitLab.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
