UI/UX Designer (Full-Time) – Kolkata | 2–3 Years Experience

Sustainability Intelligence LLP is hiring a UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at the intersection of technology and sustainability. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata.

We're looking for someone with a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to turn ideas into impactful visual experiences — both on screen and in print.

📍 Location: Kolkata (On-site)

🕙 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Design clean, user-centric interfaces for websites, dashboards, and mobile applications
• Create brochures, logos, pitch decks, infographics, and brand collaterals
• Work closely with the content, software, and leadership teams to visually shape ideas
• Develop design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
• Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms
• Contribute to overall visual storytelling and company identity

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX and visual design
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), or similar tools
• Strong portfolio with UI projects, brochures, and branding samples
• Understanding of modern design trends, layouts, and color theory
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS
• Experience designing for sustainability, ESG, or environmental platforms
