STAM is looking for a Frontend Software Engineer/Developer to join its office Genoa or Cagliari within STAM’s Digital Solutions Business Area.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated person, interested in the digital world at 360 degrees, willing to bring her/his own skills within the team and to gain further knowledge and skills related to frontend design development of web-based solutions, with involvement in:

• Frontend architectural creation, technical design and activities estimations related to development of web-based solutions for our clients;
• Proposals preparation. Within the company’s RD&I activities the SW Engineer will take part in the preparation of technical proposals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master or Bachelor Degree Computer Engineer or Computer Science or equivalent;

Up to three (or more) years’ experience in:

• Define UX with no-code tools (like Figma) to quickly get feedback from users;
• Develop and maintain web applications using Angular with focus on performance, modularity, and code reusability;
• Define and implement UX/UI solutions that provide an optimal user experience;
• Integrate RESTful APIs to ensure smooth and efficient communication between frontend and backend;
• System design architecture and integration for IT projects;
• Knowledge on testing activities and acceptance/qualification process.

Good technical skillset:

• required: experience in creating modern, intuitive user interfaces with a focus on UX/UI design;
• required: experience in Angular (preferred), Vue or React and Javascript/Typescript;
• required: experience in HTML5, Tailwind, CSS3;
• required: experience with git;
• welcomed: knowledge of MySql (or at least another DBMS);
• welcomed: knowledge of NoSQL database;
• welcomed: experience in agile team;
• welcomed: knowledge of Spring Framework;
• welcomed: knowledge and usage of development, project management and team communication tools: Gitlab, Jira, Trello (or Asana), Slack;
• welcomed: some experience in developing web and advertising creativity (landing pages, mini sites, responsive HTML5 banners);
• welcomed: knowledge of ML algorithms;
• Knowledge of testing and validation activities;
• Good teamworking, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Critical thinking, problem-solving and attention to the detail;
• Good knowledge of the English language and in drafting project documentation.
