About the Role As a UI/UX developer lead, you will be responsible for: * Designing and developing rich and engaging graphical user interfaces and user experiences for web applications using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other frameworks and tools. * Leading and mentoring a team of UI/UX developers and ensuring the quality and consistency of their work. * Engaging with customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements, preferences, and feedback. * Conducting user research, testing, and analysis to evaluate the usability and effectiveness of the UI/UX designs. * Creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and documentation to communicate the UI/UX designs to the developers and customers. * Keeping up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in UI/UX design and development. About You To be successful in this role, you should have: * A bachelor's degree in computer science, graphic design, or a related field. * At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and development for web and mobile applications. * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other frameworks and tools such as React, Angular, Bootstrap, Material Design, etc. * Experience in leading and managing a team of developers. * Experience in engaging with customers and stakeholders. * Experience in conducting user research, testing, and analysis. * A strong portfolio of UI/UX design projects that demonstrate your skills and creativity. * A keen eye for aesthetics, usability, and accessibility. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
