About the Role
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about simplifying complexity and creating delightful, user-centric digital experiences.In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the way retailers engage with our platform. From conceptualizing intuitive user flows to crafting polished UI, you will collaborate across product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to create experiences that not only solve problems but also spark joy.
What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve the product design system to create elegant, intuitive, and delightful user experiences across web and mobile.
- Deeply understand our users, their needs, motivations, and behaviors; translate these into seamless product journeys.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and customer success teams to shape product vision and strategy.
- Visualize complex data sets and workflows into clean, digestible, and impactful user interfaces.
- Use analytics, customer insights, and qualitative research to inform design decisions.
- Embrace an iterative process — test, learn, refine. Be open to feedback and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B products.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Mastery of Figma and other modern design tools (bonus points if you geek out on design systems).
- A portfolio showcasing thoughtful, high-quality UI/UX work — bonus if it includes data visualization or storytelling with data.
- Strong communication skills to articulate your design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Passionate about talking to customers and understanding their mental models, pain points, and aspirations.
