Summary

Job role:


We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, proficiency in design tools, and experience in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, analyze user needs, and translate findings into intuitive UI/UX designs.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance design consistency through style guides, pattern libraries, and design systems.
  • Implement usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Create visually compelling graphics, icons, and other UI elements.
  • Optimize designs based on data-driven insights and performance analytics.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and interaction design.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles (not mandatory but a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.


Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with motion design, animations, or micro-interactions.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG).
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and user behavior analytics tools.
