The Role

Responsible For

We are looking for a 4 + years experienced UI/UX Designer to work with our Agile team who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our B2C & B2B digital assets. The designer should ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual designs. The designer should work closely with the Product Owner in transforming the business requirements into visual designs.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how screen function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images
  
  

Ideal Profile

Education And/Or Work Experience Requirements

• Any graduate / BE/B.tech /BCA/MCA or any relevant course
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, good knowledge in any of these frameworks: Angular,Node,View, React.
• Knowledge in WordPress will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc and InVision)
• Understanding of key design principles.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Preferred but not must Graduation in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Designs.
