Our client, a core product team within a global company, is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join the team in helping to craft use-centered design solutions across a variety of tools and experiences in alignment with global accessibility and compliance standards. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of compliance solutions, initiatives, and vision while gaining an extensive knowledge of for solving complex problems on a global scale.

• Location: Remote
• Duration: Until EOY
• Rate: $55-60hr

Responsibilities:

• Design and support regulatory solutions to ensure products meet compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of the product solutions across all products, while also incorporating feedback and research to iterate and improve the system.
• Prototype and deliver high-fidelity visuals that demonstrate the capabilities of the solution, ensuring components and templates are adaptable to channels and product areas.
• Present product design solutions to internal partners and design leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of professional experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, with a focus on the regulatory, financial, or economic sphere.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills while efficiently articulating the design solution in terms of interface, experience, and impact.
• Self-motivated and ready to lead projects independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and a collaborative, iterative design process.
