About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As an entry-level designer, you’ll work closely with the CTO and developers to help craft intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or junior designers looking to gain hands-on experience and grow their skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications

• Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs

• Help maintain and update design systems and style guides

• Iterate on design solutions based on team and user feedback

• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts or a related field

• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

• Basic understanding of Mobile Application Development

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with user testing or A/B testing

• Understanding of accessibility principles
