YOUR ROLE


As an UI/UX Designer with Capgemini Financial Services, you will be engaging and collaborating with the business and IT stakeholders to articulate solutions at various levels.


In this role you will play a key role in:


  • Develop the structure and flow of digital solutions (websites, apps, software, mobile, etc.).
  • Conduct research, interviews, and surveys to gather information.
  • Translate research into sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Enhance website usability and ensure seamless, visually pleasing user experiences.
  • Research usability, craft logical information architecture, and design captivating interactive concepts.
  • Develop user interfaces and code website structures.
  • Propose innovative design concepts.
  • Create iPortal screens based on vendor screens for capturing screen specifications.


YOUR PROFILE


  • Proficiency in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and contextual inquiries.
  • Ability to structure and organize information logically, creating user-friendly navigation.
  • Expertise in designing intuitive interactions, including wireframes and prototypes.
  • Skills in typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for prototyping and wireframing.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for translating design concepts.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze user data to inform design decisions.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards to create inclusive designs.
