Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Develop interactive prototypes to test and refine user flows and interactions.
• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design elements.
• Map out user journeys and design intuitive workflows to enhance usability.
• Optimize navigation, interaction, and overall experience based on user feedback.
• Maintain and enhance the consistency of the design system, ensuring alignment with the brand identity.
• Create style guides, UI pattern libraries, and reusable components.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
• Present design concepts and gather feedback from cross-functional teams.
• Conduct usability tests and analyze results to validate design decisions.
• Iterate designs based on test findings and evolving user needs.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering value to users.
• Fluent in English is a must
