UI/UX Designer III

NOTE: E-commerce background and portfolio with Figma examples are a must. This note is based on the past rejections we have received.

Duties:

The team is seeking a UX Designer responsible for creating user-friendly and web-centric digital experiences. This role involves understanding user needs, designing intuitive interfaces, and optimizing usability to drive conversion metrics and ensure customer satisfaction. The designer works closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

• Seamlessly infuse brand identity, visuals, and tone of voice into all digital communications including promotional campaigns, seasonal, evergreen, and core digital content
• Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and sitemaps to visualize design concepts
• Optimize existing designs to improve user experience and meet business objectives

Skills:

• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premier/After Effects, and Illustrator)
• Familiarly with Google Material design patterns
• Experience working with developers, designers, and content teams in an agile environment
• Experience in JIRA or similar tools
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and web browser technologies is a must
• Must have 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field. This is a requirement.
