About The Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of digital platforms that enhance patient care, streamline hospital operations, and improve overall user experience. You will have the opportunity to work on complex healthcare projects, designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that cater to both patients and medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance user interfaces for hospital applications, websites, and patient portals.
• Create cross-platform designs to ensure seamless user experiences on web and mobile platforms.
• Understand user needs and stakeholder requirements to develop intuitive UI/UX solutions.
• Conduct industry research and analyze best practices in healthcare UX to implement effective design strategies.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and screen flows to visualize user journeys and interactions.
• Incorporate client and stakeholder feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Design key UI elements such as navigation components, CTAs, widgets, buttons, and forms to optimize usability.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, development, and medical teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with experience in healthcare or complex digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of design principles with a diverse portfolio showcasing past projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, InVision, or similar software.
• Ability to align designs with hospital branding and patient-friendly guidelines.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams within and outside the organization.
• Ability to provide creative insights to enhance existing platforms and improve user experience.
• Basic front-end knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
  
  

Note: The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at the client's location, 6 days a week.
