Role Overview

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience and expert-level proficiency in Figma. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end design process for our web and mobile applications—from initial ideation to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UI/UX design lifecycle for applications across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create exceptional user experiences.
• Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI kits.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights and feedback.
• Ensure consistency in design execution across various products and platforms.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of proven UI/UX design experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, and prototyping.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates both UI design skills and UX thinking.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with tech teams.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
• Familiarity with tools like FigJam, Notion, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Exposure to agile workflows and design handoff tools (Zeplin, Avocode, etc.).
