Role Description

A full-time role for a UI/UX Designer responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces, conducting user research, and creating wireframes and prototypes to enhance the user experience across digital products, while assisting with other general design tasks on the side.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user needs and translate them into design solutions
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing
• Ensure consistency of visual elements across platforms and devices
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines
• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices
• Help with other general design tasks such as deck creation, social media assets, and company-wide design assets

Qualifications

• Two to three years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and process
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and puts users first
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and layout
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present and defend design decisions
