We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our client company in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences that enhance customer satisfaction.

💼 Role: UI/UX Designer

What You’ll Do

• Design delightful UIs: Create and refine user interface layouts, components, and visual elements for Blue Rewards’ digital products (think crisp icons, intuitive dashboards, and engaging screens).
• Maintain our design system: Build, maintain, and evolve our Figma product libraries and style guides, ensuring every element is consistent and on-brand.
• Prototype your ideas: Use Figma’s prototyping tools to turn static designs into interactive experiences, so we (and stakeholders) can feel how everything flows.
• Collaborate and iterate: Work closely with product managers, and developers to bring concepts to life. You’ll iterate on feedback and user insights to polish each design until it’s just right.
• Champion consistency: Be the guardian of visual consistency – whether it’s ensuring button styles match across the app or that our brand colors are spot-on every time.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 3-5 years of design experience: You have a solid background in UI or visual design (bonus points if it’s in product or app design).
• Figma expertise: You’re a Figma wizard – comfortable with advanced features, from auto-layout and components to building complex prototypes.
• Eye for detail: A pixel out of place never gets past you. You take pride in creating clean, consistent designs, and you understand why consistency is key to a great user experience.
• Design system savvy: Experience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries. You know how to organize Figma files so that your teammates can easily reuse components and keep designs unified.
• Prototyping skills: Hands-on experience creating interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate design ideas and user flows.
• Team spirit: Great communication and collaboration skills. You can clearly explain your design decisions, welcome feedback, and enjoy brainstorming with a team.
