Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with over 4 years of hands-on experience in creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes across web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into compelling user-centric solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and design goals.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Develop high-fidelity UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how applications function and look.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to enhance the user experience.
  • Ensure consistent branding and visual language across all platforms and devices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design (a plus).
  • Experience designing for web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and design systems.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development is a plus.
