About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our on-site team in Ahmedabad. This role involves designing visually engaging, interactive websites—primarily for client projects, with some contribution to internal initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Design & Innovation

• Design high-quality, interactive websites (80% client-based, 20% internal).
• Lead the entire design cycle: from ideation and concept development to mockups and final revisions.
• Ensure consistent visual identity and outstanding user experience, while pushing creative boundaries.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional designers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand objectives, preferences, and constraints.
• Collaborate with project managers to present designs and incorporate feedback effectively.

Process & Productivity

• Utilize modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD within agile workflows.
• Share insights on design trends to support sales and strategy teams.
• Accurately log hours using internal time-tracking systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in web and interactive design, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
• Ability to translate client requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development is a plus.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
