We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, icons).
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs.
• Ensure final UI designs meet usability and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven UI/UX design experience (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Basic understanding of front-end development constraints and opportunities.
