Position: Senior UX Designer

We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Senior UX Designer to lead the end-to-end design of user-centric digital experiences. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform complex product challenges into elegant, intuitive solutions that delight users and drive business growth.

• Own the UX Design Process: Take full ownership of the user experience design lifecycle—from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final handoff.
• Shape UX Strategy: Lead the strategic direction of user experience for both new and existing features, aligning design decisions with business goals and user needs.
• Simplify Complexity: Translate sophisticated workflows and data-rich interfaces into clean, intuitive user journeys that enhance usability and reduce friction.
• Maintain Design Consistency: Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across all products and platforms.
• Deliver Impactful Experiences: Design high-quality, engaging user interfaces that not only meet functional requirements but also contribute to key business metrics such as conversion, retention, and engagement.
• Innovate with AI: Experiment with and integrate AI-enhanced design workflows to improve efficiency, personalization, and innovation in product experiences.
• Build and Present Prototypes: Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity visuals to communicate design solutions and facilitate cross-functional alignment.

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on UX design experience, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce environments, with a proven track record of shipping user-focused digital products.
• User-Centered Mindset: Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and human-centered design methodologies.
• Design Tools Mastery: Expertise in Figma and proficiency in advanced prototyping tools and techniques.
• Mobile Design Fluency: Experience designing mobile-first applications across iOS and Android platforms.
• Problem Solving & Communication: Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to justify design decisions and influence stakeholders.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your end-to-end UX process, design thinking, and measurable outcomes in real-world projects.
