Our challenge
We are looking for a skilled UI Developer with Glassbox to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Glassbox solutions that capture and analyze user behaviour data. This role requires strong technical skills combined with a passion for improving digital experiences.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Jersey city, NJ is $120k - $130k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement Glassbox analytics solutions tailored to client requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI design, and data analytics, to integrate Glassbox into existing systems and workflows.
* Customize and enhance the Glassbox platform to meet specific client needs and optimize performance.
* Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for Glassbox implementations.
* Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, development processes, and user guides.
* Stay current with industry trends and advancements in digital analytics, providing recommendations for best practices and new features.
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web technologies and analytics.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar.
* Experience with web development frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
* Familiarity with analytics tools, particularly Glassbox or similar platforms, is highly desirable.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred, but not required:
* Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
* Experience with APIs and integrating third-party services.
* Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
