Key Responsibilities:

• Design data-dense dashboards and implement high-fidelity UI for the RENPHO Health app
• Prototype or direct micro-interactions in Figma to collaborate with developers
• Develop and maintain our design system to ensure consistency across products
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to translate algorithms into intuitive interfaces
• Conduct UI audits and implement quality improvements

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years UI design experience in health tech
• Portfolio demonstrating complex health data interfaces, fluency in health tech patterns
• Expert-level Figma proficiency
• Basic motion design understanding (can art-direct animations)
• A global collaborator – fluent in English, and Mandarin is a plus
• Experience with AI-driven interfaces is a plus

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with health data regulations (HIPAA, GDPR)
• Background in behavioural psychology for habit-forming,
• Knowledge of AI explainability principles
