Are you a designer who loves to code—or a developer who loves beautiful UI? PROS is looking for a UI Designer who can not only shape elegant, user-friendly interfaces but also build them using modern front-end frameworks. This is a hybrid role perfect for someone who wants to influence both the look and the behavior of enterprise software.

This position reports to the UI Design Manager on the User Experience Team.

Responsibilities:

• Design clean, scalable user interfaces for PROS products and features
• Build UI components in React and Storybook to bring designs to life
• Partner with engineers and designers to ensure UI fidelity and component reuse
• Help scale our design system through both visual and code contributions
• Participate in design reviews and other company-wide design efforts
• Help drive and refine the design language and experience of PROS applications
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, user research, and other teams
• Ensure usability and accessibility in all your work

Requirements:

• Experience designing and building products for the web and mobile
• 2+ years experience in UI design with demonstrated coding capabilities
• Proficiency in React, HTML/CSS, and familiarity with component-based development
• Solid understanding of visual design principles and responsive layouts
• Ability to juggle multiple projects on tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Experience working in agile environments on product or system teams
• Experience with or interest in design systems
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
