Company Description
The Technical Services Intern will support McWane Plumbing Group's Technical Team and will report directly to the National Director of MPG Technology. In this role, the intern will gain hands-on experience in sustainability research, CRM data management, and technical sales support and will work closely with various team members on high-impact projects. Travel may be possible but is not required.

Job Description
CRM Data Management
* Enter and update client and project information in the company's CRM system to support sales and technical outreach.
Sustainability Research & Development
* Research and compile materials related to sustainability programs such as LEED, GreenBuild, International Living Building Challenge, and Building Performance Standards (BPS).
* Assist in the development of educational and technical content aligned with these initiatives.
AI Platform Evaluation
* Participate in testing and evaluating AI tools that support team goals in automation, data analysis, and customer engagement.
Event Support
* Coordinate the ordering and assembly of materials for conferences, trade shows, and internal events.
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a degree in Agricultural Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
* Interest in sustainability, technical sales, and CRM systems.
* Strong organizational, research, and communication skills.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional setting.
* Teamwork by helping and volunteering across a variety of tasks.
* Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and always follow all safety rules/procedures.
* Excellent attendance and punctuality.
