A. Main Duties
* Solve system related issues (Queries / HOLD / TEMP) in receiving
* Support operations with hardware issues, before IT Helpdesk needs to be involved
* Monitor Open TOs
* React on system related tasks / queries out of the Logistics Control Room
* Do manual system bookings in a controlled way, if standard process operated by the associates does not work
* Count VPRD and update PLC's
B. Guidelines & Regulations
* General company policies and procedures
* Valid legislation and legal liability requirements
* BMW management maxims
C. Educational Background / Professional Knowledge and Experience / Other Skills
* Diploma (minimum)
* Production or Engineering qualifications an advantage
D. Working experience required
* 1-2 years relevant Logistics / Systems experience
E. Any requirements of special knowledge / technical skills etc
* SAP experience (Inventory and Warehouse Management)
* DS&R Processes
* Presentation skills
* MS Office skills (Excel / Powerpoint)
