About the Role:

We are seeking a Turn Mill Machine Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team. You will be responsible for setting up and operating Turn Mill machines to produce high-precision components. This role requires strong blueprint reading, machine setup, and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Turn Mill machines according to job specifications.
• Review programs and machine setups to prevent crashes or errors.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and instructions.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure parts meet aerospace standards.
• Follow 6S workplace organization and safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with engineers and programmers.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience operating Turn Mill machines (manual or semi-automated).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
