工作职责:

Position Summary

 This position is responsible for the manufacturing process quality management leading towards a low cost, world class manufacturing facility. Meeting all customers expectations as they relate to quality, cost, delivery, and safety.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

 Develop the gage planning according the control plan.

 Develop the inspection instruction for the manufacturing process.

 Prepare the failure catalogue for manufacturing process.

 Conduct process audit and product audits ensures the performance and conformance to the control plan.

 Ensure that the plant processes are operating in a manner that drives lowest possible cost of poor quality.

 Ensure the Poka-yoke validation was done according to the stipulation in control plan.

 Ensure process gage calibration was done regularly.

 Ensure process gage MSA was done regularly.

 Out put weekly and monthly internal scrap rate, and the data analyze report.

 Organize regular meeting of corrective & preventive action, improvement action and records maintenance.

 Validation of actions implemented.

 Support to resolve customer complain.

 Support in process and product validations (PPAP).

 Oversee the maintenance of the process records library

 Responsible for conformity to product requirements have the authority to stop shipment and stop production to correct quality problems

 Login and update the information on the Customers’ website regularly, update the customers’ score-card accordingly

任职条件:

 Bachelor Degree in Engineering is must;

 At least 5 years Manufacturing Experience;

 3 years automotive experience;

 Experience with general office computer tools (word processing, spreadsheets, and office communications);

 Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
