Trust Administration Assistant - Reno

San Pasqual Trust’s trustee-only model allows for us to administer trusts that hold unique and complex assets beyond just cash and marketable securities. No two trusts are the same, and this keeps our work interesting and dynamic. Working at San Pasqual Trust, you will have the opportunity to assist in the management of trusts for high-net-worth families while gaining exposure to the various disciplines that intersect with trust administration, including estate planning, investment management, real estate management, insurance, taxation, and law.
We are seeking someone to join our Trust Professionals Team in Reno, Nevada, working as part of a Nevada-licensed trust company.
Please note that this position has a HYBRID office/remote schedule. It is NOT 100% remote, and employees are expected to report to the Reno, NV office on a regular basis.
This is a full-time position working with private trusts, including components of banking, trust and estate law, and asset management. Successful candidates for this role will demonstrate their technical strengths and contribute to our day-to-day client operations, without any requirement for business development or sales. The role requires great attention to detail to comply with all policies, procedures, and trust accounting practices.
While entry-level job experience is desired, no prior knowledge of trust administration is required. However, a professional demeanor with interpersonal communication skills and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality is a must. You would work as part of a team, assisting with the administration of various trust accounts.
