Driver Referral Pay

  • Driver Referral pay increased to $5,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) -Fuel the Fleet!
    • First load = $1,000
    • 90 Days = $1,000
    • 120 Days = $1,500
    • 180 Days = $1,500
CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Orientation Pay:

  • Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid in first 180 days!
    • Week 1: $1,500
    • Week 2: $1,200
    • 120 Days: $2,300
    • 180 Days: $5,000
CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months of flatbed experience
  • No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
  • No DUI in the past 10 years
  • Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requirement
