About The Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js, React.js, and a proven track record of team leadership and system design. As a key member of our development team, you will lead projects, mentor team members, and work on designing and building scalable, high-performing systems using the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership :

• Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
• Oversee code reviews, development processes, and team productivity.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  
  

System Design :

• Architect and design scalable, secure, and efficient systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document and present system designs to stakeholders and team members.
  
  

Development :

• Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications using Node.js, NestJS, React.js, and TypeScript.
• Work with databases like PostgreSQL and caching systems like Redis.
• Ensure high code quality, scalability, and performance of applications.
• Integrate third-party APIs and develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

• Analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Skills And Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

• Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and NestJS.
• Solid experience with TypeScript for both frontend and backend development.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Redis for data storage and caching.
• Deep understanding of system design principles and best practices.
  
  

Team Leadership :

• Demonstrated experience in leading development teams and managing projects.
• Ability to mentor team members and foster a productive work environment.
  
  

Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills :

• Excellent analytical skills to dissect complex problems and develop robust solutions.
