Infosys is hiring professionals experienced in working with Triangle Test automation tool for testing different energy trading and risk management functionalities for multiple locations with 5 to 12 years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Excellent knowledge and experience working with Triangle Test automation tool for testing different energy trading and risk management functionalities
• Excellent knowledge on various automation testing techniques for Service level and API automation using BDD.
• Working within a defined Agile Kanban and/or Scrum frameworks and environment
• Hands on expertise on creating project test strategy for implementing Endur in Power trading area.
• Coordinate between Scrum Master, Product owner and other team members to understand and articulate business requirement and convert them into project test scenarios.
• Maintaining backlogs, tasks, test reports and attending daily stand-ups
• Creating and executing different types of functional test scenarios Azure DevOps tool
• Devising and creation of comprehensive test scenarios with appropriate coverage compliancy
• Ensuring best testing practices are applied for testing the application under test
• Specification and creation of test data
• Managing defects & escalations via daily defect Triage process
• Lead a testing team of Functional and automation testers for a big transformation program in power trading area.
• Work with different project stakeholders and ensure quality delivery from testing team

Skills / Experience Requirements

• 5-12 years' experience of Triangle Test Automation Tool for Testing Endur and other trading applications with Trading background.
• Strong knowledge across Trading value chain: Front office (deal capture, risk), Mid office (scheduling and nominations) and Back Office (settlements and accounting) is a must.
• Candidate must have experience in power, gas, coal, & emissions/renewables trading
• Strong programming skills on either or both Java and .net technologies which are required for automation test scripting
• Strong working experience on handling databases like SQL/Oracle using complex SQL queries, such as Joins.
• Adequate working experience with BDD methodology, its application and automation development using Java/ Cucumber or .net/Specflow tools
• Exposure to test and development management tools Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira, Jenkins and GIT
• Experience of Functional, Integration and automation testing
• Experience working with at least 2 of the following technologies: Microsoft stack, SQL Server, .Net, Java and C#
• Experience working with DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Good experience in validation of data persistence in databases and understanding of the Endur data model.
• Should be able to drive Requirement’s analysis with Product owner and Client.
• Should possess excellent communication skills and manage expectations with Client IT Managers /Architects.
• Experience of working in Energy Trading (Mandatory). Candidate should hold strong functional knowledge on energy domain applications.
• Candidate should have adequate experience working with client at their location.
• Strong working experience on handling databases like SQL/Oracle using complex SQL queries, such as Joins.
• Experience of Functional, Integration and Regression testing
