To provide day to day Operation Support on Trend Micro Deep Security in client office.
Provides hotline support for Trend Micro and Security Solutions, projects and hotline issues.
Be customer centric and always provide value added service to customers.
Ensure quality and on time submission of documentation of Quarterly Preventive Maintenance report to Client.
Meets hotline and customer support SLA.
Continuously improves technical skill on the focus solution.
Works as a team with other solution teams to ensure customer focus.
Works as a team with other solution teams to ensure integrity of the entire technical team.
Assist other team members on technical issues that require skills and knowledge that acquired from previous jobs and experience.
Meet KPI’s set for technical support.
Project Implementation
Participate in systems roll out implementation inclusive of setup, installation, documentation, training and standby for system roll out implementation, new project, system upgrades.
Any other tasks that being assigned by your superior and management.
Research & Development
Learn new technical knowledge via testing and research.
To always updated in current Technology in Security product especially Trend Micro.
Properly documents all results of tests and researches in knowledge base.
