Job summary:

As a Treasury Associate, your role is primarily tasked to assist in clearing bank recon items in SAP through FEBAN. Perform banking and month-end transactions and managing inward remittances and disbursements. In addition, it is also important for one to communicate effectively and efficiently in order to identify areas that need to be fixed and/or improved.


Key expectations:

  • In-charge of posting collections and collections related adjustments.
  • Clear bank recon items in SAP through FEBAN.
  • Confirm collections and request for official receipt issuance from the cashier.
  • To prepare manual bank statement for upload in SAP.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Prepares entries for month-end transactions.
  • Coordinates with the various banks on the details of inward remittances.
  • Coordinates with the engagement teams and executive assistant for any queries regarding the collections.
  • Other functions that may be delegated.


To qualify, candidates must have:

  • A general Accounting or Finance related background.
  • Open to CPAs and Non-CPAs, with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
  • At least 1 year working experience on the required field.
  • Prior work in bank-related industries/ listed companies is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP Accounting System will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Able to handle on receiving of payments from clients and answer any queries.
  • Ability to work independently and willing to render overtime when necessary.
