Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Travel Consultant at Coliwo. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, making reservations, providing travel consulting services, and overseeing travel management tasks. The role requires excellent customer service skills to assist clients with their travel needs and ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Consulting and providing travel management services
• Proficiency in making Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills to provide exceptional support to clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Knowledge of travel industry software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
