Authentic Irish Tours Travel Agency is looking for a Part-Time Travel Agent Assistant / 20 Hours Per Week. This position will support our 3 Travel Agents. Duties include: Greeting visitors upon entering our office Assisting in Irish Gift Shop Answering phone calls and emails Assist in booking car rentals and hotel reservations Filing and organizing travel documents Providing brochures, maps and tour books to travel customers Requirements: Great customer service and communication skills Experience operating standard office equipment Someone who loves Travel!
