We are hiring a results-oriented Product Manager to lead our Middle Mile Transportation initiatives. This role is critical in shaping how shipments move through our domestic network—from origin fulfillment centers to regional hubs and last-mile injection points. You’ll design tech-enabled workflows that increase routing efficiency, reduce handoff delays, and drive measurable service improvements across the transportation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

- Partner closely with engineering, operations, and network planning teams to develop scalable solutions
- Translate operational challenges into product requirements that enhance speed, cost efficiency, and network visibility
- Analyze large datasets to identify bottlenecks, recommend network changes, and validate the impact of product rollouts
- Support hub launches and network reconfigurations through product design and testing
- Influence internal and external stakeholders to adopt new tools and operational behaviors
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in transportation, supply chain product management, or logistics operations
- Hands-on experience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and exposure to carrier routing, load planning, or dispatch modules
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to extract insights from operational data and guide decisions using metrics
- Understanding of zone skipping, linehaul strategy, trailer management, and sortation flows
- Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- Data fluency (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) and comfort with performance tracking dashboards
