We at Coforge are hiring Transition Planning & Execution with the following skillset:
Transition Lead Transition Planning & Execution: Develop and implement transition plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, expectations, and success criteria.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth transition.
Process Standardization: Optimize and document processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational gaps.
Resource Management: Coordinate with HR, IT, and operations teams to ensure proper resource allocation and readiness.
Performance Monitoring: Track key transition metrics, report progress, and recommend corrective actions when needed.
Knowledge Transfer & Training: Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and ensure teams are well-trained for post-transition success.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure all transition activities adhere to regulatory, compliance, and company policies.
Proven experience in managing complex transitions, migrations, or transformations. Strong project management skills (PMP, PRINCE2 certification is a plus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Knowledge of ITIL, Service Delivery, and Change Management is an advantage.
