Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute strategic transformation initiatives across various functions.
• Design, develop, and implement process improvements for operational excellence.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
• Conduct industry research, provide actionable insights, and drive decision-making.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years Management Consulting background - Insurance/Tech
• Expertise in managing deadlines and stakeholders
• Experience in process design, change management, and strategic execution
• Ability to take ownership and accountability in escalating issues
