Summary

Well-established San Diego law firm seeks an experienced Legal Secretary to support their Trusts & Estates practice. This role requires hands-on experience with estate planning, probate filings, and fiduciary documents. Ideal candidate will have over 3 years of Trusts and estates and litigation experience.

Key Duties:

  • Manage attorney calendars, coordinate appointments, and track expenses
  • Draft and finalize wills, trusts, probate pleadings, and court forms
  • Coordinate meetings, court filings, and client communication
  • Provide administrative support to multiple attorneys and paralegals

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of legal secretary experience within Trusts & Estates and probate work, litigation experience a plus
  • Excellent proofreading, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
