The successful candidate will be responsible for handling international calls from US and UK clients related to medical claims. This role requires working in a night shift with alternate Saturdays. Key Responsibilities: · Handle international calls from US and UK clients related to medical claims · Provide excellent customer service, resolving client queries and concerns · Accurately process medical claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex claims issues · Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and claims processed · Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices Work Schedule: · Night shift: 8:30 PM - 5:30 AM · Alternate Saturdays · First 7-10 days: Training period (may require flexibility in schedule) Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in any discipline · 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Ability to work in a night shift with alternate Saturdays · Proficiency in English (written and spoken) · Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: US shift Supplemental Pay: Shift allowance Work Location: In person
