Compensation: $14,000 - $20,000 Responsibilities: Real Estate Team TC Works mostly with traditional buyers & sellers, following MLS and brokerage compliance. Wholesaling TC Manages off-market deals, works with investors, and ensures contracts align with assignment strategies Ensure all of the deals are on schedule, the paperwork is done correctly, and events including walkthroughs, inspections, and water readings are coordinated Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to handle multiple deals efficiently.
