Schedule/Shift: 1st Shift / Monday - Friday ($60-$65k annual) Job Purpose: Position reports to the Director, Training & Development. Supervise and manage Lead Trainers and Warehouse Trainers that are located throughout various warehouses and shifts. This includes completing payroll, employee performance reviews and any disciplinary action. Coordinating trainers to ensure coverage of training based on needs at warehouses. * Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills. * Professional verbal and written communication. * Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English * Proficient in using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) * Ability to work independently * Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays. * Supervises lead trainers and warehouse trainers at multiple buildings and evaluate their performances. * Assess trainers to ensure that they are following safety and SOPs during training * Managing lead trainers and warehouse trainers, scheduling work hours, personnel issues, performance reviews, and all disciplinary actions. * Maintain and approve of all lead trainer and warehouse trainers timesheets for weekly payroll, making corrections as needed. Monitoring all overtime hours to meet department requirements. * Ensures the safety, training and development of employees are in accordance with OSHA and RJW policies and procedures. * Ability to work a flexible schedule to align with trainers schedules as needed. * Evaluate weekly training needs and coordinating with lead trainers for needed coverage. * Responsible for hiring and establishing training plans for lead trainers and warehouse trainers. * Become proficient in Alchemy Manager, Player, Coach and Playbook to review and track training and run reports. * Conduct regular observations to ensure trainers and effectively following training plans and effective as on-the -job trainers. Additional Skills: * Good communication, problem resolution, and people skills. * Must be versatile and detail-oriented, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills * Other duties as assigned by Manager Qualifications: * Previous experience managing others. * Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse or similar environment. * Must be able to effectively communicate, read, write, and speak English. * Bilingual a plus. Education and/or experience required: * Minimum of H.S diploma or GED equivalent Some college cause.
