Salary: £32,500-£37,500 basic per annum, based on experience

Responsibilities & Duties:
The core function of a Training Specialist is simple: deliver outstanding training to our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering our core Strengthscope® training experiences to our clients around the world (including face-to-face and virtual sessions, on-site and off-site, depending on client requirements)
- Developing and curating content that allows our users and clients to embed their knowledge and application of Strengthscope® via blended learning methodologies
- Growing and engaging our Strengthscope® community to help them bring Strengthscope® to life for their clients and colleagues in a powerful way
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity over delivery expectations, client needs, follow-up and feedback, leading to high training satisfaction scores
- Following and contributing to our company processes to ensure the smooth operation of the business and exceptional levels of customer service.
Skills & Attributes:
If you have a mix of the following skills and attributes, you might be just who we’re looking for:
- Have knowledge of the strengths approach, ideally you are an accredited Strengthscope® practitioner
- Bring your unique and impactful training and facilitation style and skills (both in-person and online) and have the confidence to deliver to diverse and senior audiences
- Have a minimum 1-3 years’ experience as part of an L&D team, ideally with experience of both onsite and virtual delivery and digital content creation
- Possess organisational skills, an agile way of working and strong results focus to ensure the implementation of training projects that follow our processes
- Care deeply about the user experience in learning and adopt a growth mindset to optimise these
- Show superb written and verbal communication skills
- A team player who is ready to pitch in and help others - we’re a small but growing team and collaboration with other departments is key to success.
