Summary

Our client is seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and high-energy learning professional to join the SunSource Organizational Learning and Development team. As a Learning Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving employee growth by leading enterprise-wide learning initiatives. This position spans the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to continuous development—and requires strong expertise in program management, facilitation, and instructional design.

You will be responsible for the design, delivery, and evaluation of impactful in-person and virtual learning experiences, with a focus on sales associates and managers across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement enterprise-level learning programs rooted in adult learning principles and instructional design best practices. Areas of focus include sales skills, soft skills, product knowledge, and organizational competencies.
  • Lead engaging virtual and in-person learning sessions for sales teams and managers, emphasizing sales methodologies and professional development.
  • Oversee internal learning curricula, training schedules, and tailored development plans. Coordinate with facilitators to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Partner with departments across the organization to assess learning needs and align training solutions with business goals. Continuously enhance learning initiatives in response to evolving needs.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs using key performance indicators. Provide feedback to stakeholders and refine content and delivery strategies accordingly.
  • Coach managers on team development and create a culture of continuous learning. Ensure robust and effective onboarding practices are embedded throughout the organization.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, particularly in sales training and management.
  • Strategic mindset with a strong track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and a variety of training delivery formats.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Sales and coaching certifications are highly desirable.
  • · Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
