Summary
We are looking for a Training Program Manager to join our team! This role oversees the development, delivery, and administration of comprehensive training initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. This position also manages the training programs, works with different teams and improves learning outcomes to ensure that employees at all levels have the skills they need to succeed.
Key Functions
* Training Design and Delivery
* Develop and execute training programs, including onboarding, technical training, and soft skills development.
* Use diverse methods such as e-learning, workshops, and in-person sessions to meet employee learning needs.
* Work with department leaders to identify training gaps and areas for improvement among their staff.
* Program Administration and Compliance
* Manage the scheduling, logistics, and documentation of all training programs.
* Ensure all programs comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
* Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
* Evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and data analysis and make adjustments to improve programs based on results.
* Use findings to refine training content and delivery methods.
* Collaboration and Strategy
* Partner with the Corporate Training Manager (Leadership Development Manager) to align training initiatives with the organization's strategic goals.
* Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and teamwork.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, or related field
* Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
* Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs in a corporate setting.
* Excellent facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
* Ability to assess training needs, design effective training solutions, and measure training outcomes.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
Desired Qualifications
* Master's Degree in a related field.
* Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing tasks and demands.
