Summary

We’re looking for a highly organized and driven Training Program Coordinator to join our growing team within the Enterprise Skills Initiative (ESI). This role plays a key part in coordinating and executing training programs that support enterprise skilling goals, and we’re seeking candidates based in Costa Rica to bring fresh perspectives and energy to the team.


What You’ll Do:


  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end training programs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to interpret client needs and develop tailored training solutions.
  • Handle multiple priorities and projects with confidence, delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Use influence and communication skills to align internal and external teams toward a common goal.
  • Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and performance measurement of programs.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Exceptional English communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Strong project coordination skills demonstrated through past experience.
  • Confidence and professionalism in stakeholder engagement and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong critical thinking and the ability to provide actionable solutions.
  • Advanced Excel skills; PowerPoint & Power BI power users are highly preferred.
