Description

  • The Administrative Assistant for the Corporate Trainer provides essential support in organizing, coordinating, and maintaining training programs.
  • This role ensures smooth operations by managing schedules, preparing materials, while assisting the Corporate Trainer in delivering effective learning experiences.
  • Main duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Training Coordination: Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
    • Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain training records, attendance logs, and certification databases.
    • Material Preparation: Assist in developing training manuals, presentations, and online learning resources.
    • Communication & Support: Liaise with trainers, employees, and external vendors to ensure seamless training execution.
    • Logistics Management: Arrange venues, equipment, and supplies for training events.
    • Evaluation & Reporting: Track training effectiveness through surveys and feedback analysis.
    • Administrative Duties: Handle correspondence, data entry, and general office tasks related to training operations.
Education, Training And Licensing Credentials

Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) with one-year administrative support experience, ability to type 35 wpm, corrected. Strong organization, problem solving and customer service skills, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior administrative experience in training coordination, HR, or education.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience in facilitating virtual training sessions or webinars.

  • The following physical and mental abilities are required: frequent lifting or carrying up to 15 pounds, must be able to hear, frequent sitting/standing/walking, ability to communicate effectively in person and/or phone, the ability to read, analyze and interpret information, ability to write correspondence and procedures, ability to maintain records, ability to define and solve practical problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions, ability to influence others.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, Word and such other applications if/when required.
  • Ability to be trained and successfully complete other computer training as required.
  • Valid driver’s license, proof of current automobile insurance and driving record determined by the Authority’s insurance carrier to be eligible for coverage if required as part of positions duties.
