该职位来源于猎聘 Position Overview: This role will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs and initiatives to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of our retail staff in China. This role will play a crucial role in deploying training programs and e-Learning initiative from headquarters, ensuring effective communication with headquarters and manage multi-layer stakeholder. Additionally, we place a strong emphasis on delivering excellent service and providing the most sophisticated retail experience to our customers, and driving retail performance to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, both in-person and through digital platforms, ensuring the content is clear, concise, and tailored to the specific needs of different roles within the retail environment. Collaborate closely with headquarters to effectively deploy training programs in China. Ensure seamless implementation and alignment with the overall business strategy.
Training Program Development: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for retail staff that encompass sales techniques, product knowledge, customer service, and store operations. These programs should be tailored to meet the specific needs of the market while aligning with the overall strategy and direction set by headquarters.
Promotion of e-Learning Initiatives: Drive the adoption and utilization of e-Learning platforms and resources within the retail training programs. Identify opportunities to leverage technology and digital tools to enhance training effectiveness and engagement.
Retail Performance and KPIs: Collaborate with Retail teams to align training initiatives with retail KPIs. Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on retail performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
Team Development: Provide coaching and support to store managers and supervisors to enhance their training and development skills, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning within the retail teams. Encourage team members to think outside the box, share innovative ideas, and explore new approaches to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Communication with Headquarters: Maintain open and effective communication channels with headquarters, providing updates on training activities, sharing feedback, and addressing any issues or challenges. Serve as a liaison between regional teams and headquarters.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR, Quality, Retail Operations, and Marketing, to align training initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure consistency across different departments.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in retail training and development, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance training effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek improvement of service standards and selling skills to achieve better commercial results and enhance the overall client experience. Stay abreast of industry benchmarks and client expectations to continuously raise the bar for excellence.
Best Practices Sharing: Continuously seek and share best practices within the organization and across the luxury retail industry to inspire innovation and excellence in service delivery and selling techniques. Qualifications:
Proven minimum 5 years experience in Retail Training or in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
Strong understanding of luxury retail operations, including knowledge of customer expectations, service standards, and the unique aspects of the luxury retail environment.
Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering effective training programs specifically tailored for luxury retail settings.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
An energized team player with positive mindset and attitude, with the ability to drive initiative with action and follow up plans.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Creativity in developing innovative training approaches and activities to enhance learning and engagement.
Knowledge of best practices in luxury retail training and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
Proven ability to help retail staff enhance their selling techniques and customer service skills.
Flexibility to travel to different retail locations across the region as needed.
