Summary

Insight Global is seeking a Training Manager to join an investment firm based in NYC to train/consult a well-established team of Financial Advisors on advanced markets life insurance products. This includes: buy/sell, pensions max, premium finance, deferred compensation, section 125, section 79, estate planning, etc.. We are seeking a strong communicator with a background in sales training/coaching in this space. The right candidate will have strong communication skills and be coming from an agency or home office background. Training material/curriculum to be provided. Our average consumer of our products are at a net worth of $12 million, so all products will be advanced markets life insurance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • 1 day/week – group trainings onsite
  • 3 day/week private one-on-one trainings/consultations with advisors
  • 1 day/week – administrative work from home. We have insurance agency selling annuities/life – so this creates administrative and paperwork - everything for contracting, licensing, appointments, etc. We do mostly low volume, high value deals – mostly appointments/contracting – could be trained on all this if unfamiliar.


Must Haves:

- 2-3 years of experience in the industry

- Strong communication skills

- Sales Training/Coaching Background in Life Insurance products

- Product Expert in Advanced Markets Life Insurance

- Exposure to CLU (Charted Life Underwriter), CHFC (Charted Financial Consultant), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or LUTCF (Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow) training programs – IF NOT, must’ve been taught internally (like a MetLife, NY Life)


4-days onsite, 1-day remote 9-5 M-F


Pay: 90K + bonus, based on sales team performance – 1% salary, tiered up, should expect to make ~ 95K year 1, scheduled raises as well
