Summary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a university in Hong Kong or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7 years' post-degree full-time experience in general administration or human resource management or executive training and development (relevant working experience in the Government and/or public organizations would be an advantage
  • Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent
  • Strong command of written Chinese and English and proficiency in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Proficiency in computer usage and application of common business software, such as word-processing spreadsheet and presentation software
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills


Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize training programmes in support of organizational changes, development programmes, staff engagement programmes and innovation and technology programmes etc.
  • Provide support in all aspect of training matters, including identify training needs, review and design training plan, execute and evaluate the results
  • Design and deliver training programmes and prepare training materials
  • Support implementation of human resources management/development projects
  • Develop and manage e-learning resources
  • Conduct data analysis on training policies, guidelines, training sponsorship schemes and other office matters
  • Supervise a team of supporting staff
  • Undertake any other duties assigned
