Summary
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a university in Hong Kong or equivalent
Minimum of 7 years' post-degree full-time experience in general administration or human resource management or executive training and development (relevant working experience in the Government and/or public organizations would be an advantage
Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent
Strong command of written Chinese and English and proficiency in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Proficiency in computer usage and application of common business software, such as word-processing spreadsheet and presentation software
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Plan and organize training programmes in support of organizational changes, development programmes, staff engagement programmes and innovation and technology programmes etc.
Provide support in all aspect of training matters, including identify training needs, review and design training plan, execute and evaluate the results
Design and deliver training programmes and prepare training materials
Support implementation of human resources management/development projects
Develop and manage e-learning resources
Conduct data analysis on training policies, guidelines, training sponsorship schemes and other office matters
Supervise a team of supporting staff
Undertake any other duties assigned
